Upon arrival at a customer’s house, our technician, Pete, was greeted by a very enthusiastic youngster playing in the front yard. She was a young girl, maybe 4 or 5 years old. As Pete was collecting his tools prior to heading to the front door, the young lady exclaimed with excitement, “Mr. that sure is a nice ambulance you got there”.
