I’ve been using Genesee Energy off and on over several years, and consistently for the past two years. Lately I’ve found them to provide consistently reliable service for my gas furnace. Their techs have been knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. Recently I’ve had a couple of issues that required same day service and they’ve been super responsive and helpful. Yesterday was Day 3 of an atmospheric river and somehow it triggered my seismic shutoff, causing all my gas to be turned off. I reset the shutoff but the furnace did not reset. Instead it was blowing cold air into my home on this unusually cold spring day. I left a message a few hours before they officially opened and 30 minutes later Dan called back to let me know that their tech would be by in the morning. A few hours later Jack arrived and quickly fixed the problem. They’ve really came through for me when I needed them. As a result they’ve earned my loyalty.
