We used Genesee Fuel for years, but moved into renewables with solar and heat pump so have to abandon Genesee and its service. During our time with Genesee, we met a lot of great people, techs who knew what they were doing and gave it the best they had, office staff who understood our needs. They’ve kept my older furnace running with competent technicians, thoughtful service, and reasonable repair costs. I’ve always felt that they were focused on keeping things working rather than pushing me toward unnecessary replacements. The people really make the difference. Dan, the service manager, has always been patient and kind, taking the time to walk me through different issues and explain what’s needed when repairs come up. And every time I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Savannah in the office, she’s been friendly, helpful, and understanding. She is a true standout in customer service—the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re in good hands.
